1.description
  Extended Vector Animation (EVA) is a web-based vector graphic file format, which is developed by Sharp Corporation in 1996.
  This software has been discontinued as of January 31, 2016.
  And the speed of it had been check in jp.sharp/sc/excite/eva/eva1.htm.

2.format
  The eva's file format(head + body + foot) is here, which is attached with some demo.

3.viewer
  To see these demo, we need a evaViewer software, so we can do 3.1 or 3.2.
3.1. We can goto archive.org at http://www.sharp.co.jp/sc/excite/evademo/try/viewer.htm to download evw16.exe,
  install/extract it, to get evaView.exe, which version is 1.6.
3.2. We can search "Eva Animater 2.3" from internet, such as www.bing.com/search?q="Eva Animater 2.3",
  unzip HA-evaView.exe from zip/rar file. And the version of viewer is 1.73.

4.shortComing
  This software(evaView.exe or HA-evaView.exe)
do NOT draw bezier curve (but it import "PolyBezier" win32 api),
no idea about embeded midi as binary resource (but it use directX in version 1.73),
no idea about brush of screenTones(or halfTones).

5.extend
  To see/hear better effect, we can extend this software by difc.exe:
5.1.go to sourceForge.net/projects/difc/files/eva/1.6 or sourceForge.net/projects/difc/files/eva/1.73,
  and downLoad fc160.txt or fc173.txt,
5.2.Place fc160.txt in the folder where evaView.exe is located, use "difc.exe fc160.txt" in cmd console to get eva_vw16.exe,
  or place fc173.txt in the folder where HA-evaView.exe is located, use "difc.exe fc173.txt" in cmd console to get eva_vw17.exe.
  This new eva_vw1*.exe does not have the above-mentioned shortComings, and it can be use without dlls.

6.sample
  The size of eva file is tiny.

In https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mahuri.svg, the original svg file(920*1060 vector file) size is 168 KB. Save as eva, the file size is 41 KB.
ayanami rei in EVAngelion, 500*500, 00:02 video, 00:14 audio, the file size is 16 KB.
